if no internet big problem 
run msconfig and uncheck all under startup tab and reboot.

-go to start -choose run-
--type msconfig
-click ok
-select startup tab on right
-uncheck all options
-clck ok and then reboot..
check for internet then Proceed to step 1.

1.  
if you can access the internet and IE is visiting webpages 
go to    PandaSoftware Scan for Viruses

download and then click on scan c drive
let it run(this may take a while.)
then reboot when finished

2.
then go to  Download ADaWARE
download and install
let it run and update
when it finds everything right click inside left pane and 
choose select all and quarantine.
finish and reboot.
 
if no internet big problem
